Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Monitor and respond to reviews on Zomato and other online platforms.
- Gather a database for WhatsApp distribution using only the official work phone.

- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Monitor and anticipate guests’ needs to ensure a seamless dining experience.

- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

•Experience in the UAE market is a plus
